Starting with a handful of plants and big dreams, Shepherd's first got started with a small plot of land in downtown Charlotte. As we focused solely on our customer base and grew our crowd, we realized we had already outgrew our space! We ended up moving another two times before we made our current location our permanent home!

Over the years, we've remained true to our core principles of family, faith and friendship, doing our best to treat every customer as if they were our closest friends. In the meantime, we've developed a deep and comprehensive knowledge of the local plants while pushing the boundaries on trying new species and breeds of plants to spice things up. 

At the end of the day, the people are what makes our job so rewarding. We have loved getting to support and nurture client relationships–some spanning more than a decade–and we look forward to meeting you!
