Customer is responsible for inspecting all material and ensuring that all material is loaded accurately at time of pick up. Securing, covering and protecting material are the responsibility of the customer. Material can be tagged for future pick up. We ask that tagged material be picked up within one week.
Claims regarding quantity or quality of plant material must be made at the time of purchase or delivery.
Delivery is available. Delivery charges are established at time of purchase. Customer is responsible for unloading material at time of delivery unless other arrangements have been made. Delivery costs start at a minimum of $75.
Payment is due at time of pick up or delivery unless the customer has an approved credit account.
National Kousa Dogwood - Cornus kousa 'National'
An exceptionally heavy bloomer with its flowers coming a bit earlier than other Kousa Dogwood varieties, the 'National Kousa' Dogwood becomes smothered with a plethora of creamy white flowers that nearly cover the foliage in mid to late spring. Its deep green foliage adds a brilliant backdrop for its buttercream blooms. The foliage remains attractive throughout the summer and with the arrival of cooler temperatures in fall turn to vibrant shades of crimson red and burgundy. After the spring blooms are spent, it produces strawberry-shaped red fruits that persist well into fall. This low maintenance cultivar is an incredible choice for not only being a showpiece in your garden but also a wonderful attraction for the birds as well.
